− Fatal,viejo,caro para lo que ofrecen y le falta que lo renueven,todo viejo. Lo anuncia como vivienda vacacional y no tiene la placa identificativa que lo acredite,como tiene que ser en Canarias. No nos quedamos y nos fuimos inmediatamente.La relación precio calidad a lo que ofrece no se corresponde. Intentamos que nos devolvieran el dinero al no hacer uso del piso y no quisieron saber nada. No lo recomiendo para nada. Viejo,caro y sucio..

6.0La ubicación está bien, cerca de supermercados y a 5 min de la parada del tranvía. También tienes un McDonald's al lado. Para dos personas es ideal de tamaño, tienes lo justo y lo necesario y estás cómodo.
− La tele fallaba bastante y se quedaba congelada la imagen. Había algunas zonas que no estaban muy limpias en el piso, como el extractor, los fuegos o los utensilios de cocina, el grifo tenía bastante cal y el armario de la habitación olía a mucha humedad.
