Obiekt ma wiele zalet, które sprawiają, że pobyt był ogólnie udany. Na duży plus zasługuje bardzo dobra lokalizacja i widok za oknem na hotele krynickie i stok narciarski, zapewniająca wygodny dostęp do najważniejszych punktów w okolicy. Dodatkowym atutem jest miejsce w hali garażowej (40zł/dzień), co znacząco podnosi komfort, szczególnie przy pobycie w mieście. Mieszkanie jest również przestronne: salon i sypialnia, co daje poczucie swobody i wygody.

− W salonie znajdują się nieco nieszczelne, aluminiowe okna, przez co w zimie, szczególnie nocą, jest odczuwalnie chłodno (hula wiatr) — w praktyce komfortowe spanie możliwe jest głównie w drugim pokoju: sypialni. Patelnię polecam mieć we własnym zakresie. Obiekt wymagał drobnych napraw z naszej strony m.in. wymiany szklanej półki w łazience, przyklejenia listwy przypodłogowej, niepotrzebne koszty. Mile widziane byłoby odświeżenie ścian.

Ogólnie wszystko. Dobra lokalizacja. Spokój i cisza. Widok z okien. Domowe wyposażenie kuchni. Kawa, herbata, cukier, sól były dostępne. Telewizja i szybki internet. Miejsce parkingowe jest dużym plusem szczególnie przy niepogodzie i najazdu turystów w mieście.

− Małym minusem może być brak kuchenki mikrofalowej
