The privacy

− Very outdated Cobwebs Light fittings filthy Smelled musty - no fresh air through the property No free to air TV - couldn’t put the AFL grand final on - live streamed off our phone

loved location but it’s not winter-proof

It is the most amazing location - very convenient to all amenities, eg Yallingup beach is 2 mins drive, there is plenty of wineries and breweries in the 10mins or less vicinity. on top of jt, the actual location of the property is amazing - you are in the actual natural park , it’s stunning

− during colder months, there is no heating in the property - no portable heaters, no electric blankets, nothing. there is a wood burner but no woods no axe. not a big deal as we’ve gone to Mitre10 and bought wood and the axe but it’s a hit inconviwnce if you are not prepared

Hidden gem - perfect location and pet friendly!

− there was limited wood supply for the fireplace - and the limited stock was soaked in the rain. the property manager advised that they do not supply the fire wood and we need to organise it ourselves. given it was the only source of heating in the house (there is no aircon/heater), you’d assume the fire wood would be supplied. not a major issue overall - the place is fantastic, but do bring your own wood if you are travelling when it’s 5 degrees outside :)
