3.0location is nice, surrounding is nice, room is not too narrow
− I can not say service is good or not, because there is no service. from check in to check out , neither see one human being nor robot for service. the most ugly in my mind is they just deduct 50EUR for sth defect in room, and take is as grant that we made it defect, no any evidence to show me.

− Geen personeel aanwezig, wel een receptie die alleen bezet was toen we weggingen. Geen binnenweg naar restaurant.

− Ein zimmer war nach dem einchecken noch nicht gereinigt. Es wurde dann ein Ersatzzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt.

− I wish there is better explanation in English for the tourist or at least clearer picture directions to where the breakfast room is, when the breakfast is served.... The code delivery for checking in after hours was not received. We called Booking.com then we luckily found the kitchen so we could ask for help. We were dead cold outside.
