8.0− There is no lift available, which can be inconvenient for guests carrying luggage or a lot of belongings. The hotel is also located quite far from the city centre, such as Larkin. Other than that, everything else was great.....👍👍
Great budget location for Bukit Indah
8.0We thought we would look for a change from our usual Lavender Inn and this is would be our alternate if our usual is fully booked. It’s pretty decent although a little further from our usual amenities like the massage spa etc
− Its location is not as good as it is a little further from food etc - and there were some people playing with very loud fireworks till pretty late at night but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

10.0My mother has knee problem. The receiptionist are super helpful, when i ask to change the room to the ground floor. The coffee & milo machine dispenser are available to drink at anytime.
I had good time. Will be back to this hotel if come to Jb again.

觉得蛮不错
8.0最满意床单干净，被也很干净带干净味道，这是我最满意的，冷气够冷，附近美食点多，泊车位也多，非常满意，下次有机会去新山住酒店的首选
− 住三楼搬行李上去有点辛苦
