7.0A noite, eram funcionários muito queridos, receptivos, atenciosos. Trouxemos coisas para fazer uma tábua de frios e aproveitar a parte do térreo que é bem confortável e as recepcionistas se prontificaram na picar e nos trazer sem nos cobrar nada. As camas são muito confortáveis e o banheiro é bem limpo com um bom chuveiro. A localização também é interessante, perto das coisas bonitas que tem pra ver na cidade.
− No dia que chegamos os funcionários não se esforçaram para explicar nada, não nos deram nenhuma orientação. Tivemos depois que perguntar coisas básicas, sobre aonde era o café da manhã e a até que horas. O café da manhã está bem singelo mesmo para o uruguai, mas ao menos tinha ovos e nos traziam eles quentinhos na mesa. Os quartos são limpos todos os dias o que é otimo... mas o blackout do quarto está mofado de cima a baixo com mofo preto! Isso só não teve mais impacto porque o quarto era iluminado e arejado, aí compensava.

− Acredito que algum prato ou taça tenha sido quebrado na hospedagem anterior. Infelizmente, minha esposa acabou pisando em um caco de vidro e teve um corte que sangrou bastante. Creio que faltou uma limpeza mais cuidadosa para garantir que não restassem fragmentos de vidro no local.
