Très beau studio confortable, idéalement situé.

− Le parking est très mal indiqué. Difficile d'accès avec la circulation. Le personnel pourrait être un chouïa plus compréhensif.

בקבלה באמת ניסו לעזור . זה יותר מלון דירות למשפחות יש מקרר , מקפיא , מכונת כביסה , מדיח . זה לא מלון 4 כוכבים 3 כן .

− קיבלנו חדר עם ברז באמבטיה שבור וריח לא נעים בשרותים . מיטה של הילד היתה מלאה בשערות וחול . מעלית אחד לא עבדה . ירדנו לקבלה באותו יום לא היה להם מה להציע לנו יום למחרת החליפו חדר . שילמנו 20 יורו ליום על חניון במלון . ארוחת בוקר סבירה .

Here’s a more polished, balanced, and impactful version of your review: We had booked this property for three nights, but unfortunately our stay got off to a very disappointing start due to the way we were treated by the staff member who checked us in. As soon as we entered the apartment, we discovered that the toilet was unusable—the flush mechanism was missing, leaving a hole in the wall where it should have been. We immediately returned to reception, informed the staff member, and asked if someone could look into it while we went out for dinner. When we returned almost two hours later, nothing had been done. The receptionist, who was casually eating an ice cream, simply told us that the toilet could not be repaired. He repeatedly insisted that another room might be available the following day at 2:00 p.m. and that we should “adjust somehow” until then. We explained that we had paid for a fully functional apartment and expected basic necessities, especially as we were travelling with a child who has a medical condition. Despite this, he repeatedly said there was nothing he could do. When we told him we would have to contact Booking.com, his response was, “You have the right to, but I don’t care.” We were genuinely shocked by such an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Had it not been for the excellent support from Booking.com, who helped us cancel the reservation and find alternative accommodation at around 11:00 p.m., we would have been left in a very difficult situation. The only positive aspects of our experience were the staff member who took over after the shift change and the management team, who later tried to assist us. The apartment itself appeared clean, spacious, and was in an excellent city-centre location. It is a real shame that such a promising property can leave such a negative impression because of the attitude and lack of professionalism of one staff member.

− I didnt stayed. They overbooked and were very rude because of it. Yelling and telling me not to come. Didnt help find another accommodation.
