− the apartment is to small for 5 people. the sofa where one adult person should sleep was so small that we couldn't sleep in it and I had to ask for a extra mattress.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in.
