5.0La habitación era amplia y el baño estaba separado de la ducha. La cama era cómoda y cambiaron las toallas todos los días. La zona donde está es linda y tranquila, aunque alejada del centro.
− Llegamos y nos dieron una habitación sin ventanas. Yo había reservado una Habitación Doble Superior donde no se especificaba que no había ventanas y de hecho, en las fotos si tenían. Le expliqué esto mismo a la chica en recepción y nos cambiaron, pero tenían que limpiar e iba a estar en una hora. Nosotros habíamos llegado pasadas las 3 de la tarde. La habitación daba a una calle donde pasaban muchos camiones y era extremadamente ruidosa. El baño de la nueva habitación tenía olor a rancio, tan es así que cuando entraron a limpiar dejaron un humificador de aroma a limón. No tuvimos agua caliente en toda la estadía. Avisé, dijeron que deje correr el agua pero claramente ese no había sido el problema. Me dijeron que lo iban a ver y nunca lo hicieron. El desayuno completamente triste. Primer día era bufet y había pocas opciones, de hecho, ni tazas para el té teníamos. Al día siguiente ofrecieron en menú y mejoró, pero nos dieron solo de bebida un té que estaba amargo y unos huevos que estaban crudos. También preguntamos por bus para movernos de ciudad y no hubo ni siquiera ánimos de ayudar.p No lo recomiendo. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

8.0Séjour 2 nuits en février 2026. Hôtel très agréable situé en bord de lac, en léger retrait du centre ville, dans un quartier plutôt calme. Sur le pourtour du lac, restaurants et cafés. Compter une promenade d' environ 30 minutes à pied pour regagner le bord de mer. Chambre et salle de bain de taille correctes, lit double très confortable. Eau chaude. Penderie, sorties de bain, réfrigérateur, bouilloire électrique. Petit déjeuner vietnamien inclus très bien. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Merci à eux tous.

10.0again it suited us for a one night stay as we was travelling on motorcycles . found some descent food across the lake . didn’t have much time to look about as we was in the road again in the morning bikes was looked after over night . nice room was happy
