− You can't contact staff, no one answers. And none even got back to me. Was sent a weird passive-aggressive message before check-in warning not to moan or wanting pampering then to book somewhere else. Considering I was a woman travelling alone and all contacts were men, this was really unnecessary and not all professional. The room was not clean. So dusty! like old dust. Carpets frayed, room was just tatty and old, broken furniture, mould marks in 'bathroom' which was like a cupboard, absolutely tiny. Towers were old, hard, and full of pulled threads. The shower door runner was full of mould. The place is just.. run down, with bare minimum effort into the basics, but no real care or cleanliness for the rest of it! And a pre warning not to complain. I left the same evening. Absolutely not to standard. This guest house just wants easy money without putting in any effort.
