10.0This is the wording sir : My stay at Horison Ultima Ratu Serang was truly enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable — just what I needed after a long day. A big thank you to Ms. Schoniya from the Sales team, who helped with my booking. She was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive throughout the entire process. Her friendly approach and professionalism made the experience even more memorable.

10.0it's my first time come to Banten, and I really statisfied with the service at Horison Hotel. It's beyond my expectation, the officer was very kind and helpfull, especially Mr. Oxa at the front office. He was very kind for explaining anything l asked, and he know this city better.

10.0Thank you for the best hospitality expecially for Receptionist Mrs. Tria, Mrs. Idri and also Mr. Anis, from the process check in untill check out, and for the breakfast so good many variatif menu.. for the next ill to stay here again.....tks

10.0I have stayed for 3 days to attend thé mariage of my nièce and thé son of Mr. Maman M. (Sekda Banten) Thé octobre 05, 2024.my husband appreciated thé cosy of hôtel. Thé room has a terrace, WE Can sée thé pool. Thé ambiance IS nice. Thé kindly All of personnel hôtel .
