Our 14 night stay was flawless! We are huge fans of this resort and will return again very soon. Our butlers Martin and Aline were brilliant, they were always available (via WhatsApp) to answer any questions we had, in fact, there was a minor maintenance issue in our room and it was fixed within 30 mins!! We are creatures of habit lol, we ate lunch at the Consentida buffet every day, our waiter was Ricardo, he was kind and so helpful. The quiet pool at building 3 is our fave spot to relax and chill, so peaceful and relaxing. Thanks to Carlos and Itziel for looking after us. We ate at most of the restaurants and enjoyed the food but a stand out for us was dinner at Limon Y Sal, my husband loved the creamy shrimp dish. The gala dinner on Christmas Eve was sensational. They had so many different types of food. Standouts were the Beef Wellington, Prime Rib, seafood section and the desserts! The raspberry Pavlova was divine. We missed the lunch menu at Cala di Luna this visit, we both really hope it will be open when we return next time. All in all another magical stay! Thank you to ALL of the staff at Atelier.

Christmas 2025 at our home away from home.

The greatest place to celebrate Christmas. We enjoyed every minute of our time. Our butlers Aline and Martin were the best! They took care of our every need, so professional and kind. We visited all of the restaurants and enjoyed the variety of food they offered, It was very busy during our stay but we had no problems getting reservations. Had breakfast most mornings at La Consentida where Luz and her team took very good care of us. I have to mention the Christmas Eve gala dinner which was held at Mercado 19, it was absolutely amazing! Kudos to the chefs and servers, they all worked so hard to prepare the fantastic food offerings. The bartenders at Atelier are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable, thanks to Jorge Petul, Daniel Millan, Pedro A, Freddy F, Analili M and not forgetting Robert..bravo to you all. We look forward to seeing you all very soon!!!

Beware of extra charges for your stay

Beautiful grounds, very attentive staff, good food. Expensive. And one would expect everything is included for $1400 a night. Except spa, Maria Dolores restaurant and very special New Year celebrations evening they charge additional $400 per table on the beach. Or and when you check out tips are charged to your card too, about $55 a day. So dont bother to tip in cash, those don’t count:). 90 minutes sale time share/vacation resort speech with gave you a couple massage at the spa though. Nice bonus. Would we come back? Probably not.

We just returned from our stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres, and I can honestly say it was one of the best vacation experiences we have ever had. The resort itself is absolutely stunning—modern luxury meets nature in the best way possible—but what truly sets this place apart is the people. The level of service here is world-class. I want to give a special shout-out to the team members who made our trip so memorable: Concierge Excellence: A massive thank you to Eduardo and Gabriel from the Concierge team. They were incredibly professional and efficient in sorting out all our room requests. They ensured our stay was comfortable from the very first moment, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Morning Smiles: Our mornings were made perfect by Ianis and Itzel at breakfast. Their super friendly and welcoming greetings every single day started our mornings off on such a positive note. We also have to thank Fabel from the breakfast team—not only was his service great, but he gave us fantastic recommendations for Isla Mujeres that made our day trip there amazing! Poolside Perfection: Service by the pool was top-tier thanks to Yax. I was so impressed by his attention to detail. It wasn’t just about the service; we really appreciated him taking the time to share his culture with us. It added such a personal touch to our afternoons. Dining Highlights: We had a fantastic dinner at the Steak restaurant, and Wilberth provided a truly memorable evening. His hard work and attention to us did not go unnoticed—he made sure everything was perfect. Entertainment & Vibe: Last but certainly not least, a huge shout-out to Elian and Ethan from the entertainment team. These guys are the heart and soul of the resort! They brought incredible energy both during the day and at night. Beyond the fun, we really appreciated their genuine friendship—it felt like hanging out with old friends. Our experience was exceptional. The rooms are beautiful. The facilities and grounds are meticulous - from the beach, the pools, etc. the food is outstanding - there are a variety of restaurants (steak, Italian, Asian, seafood). However what makes this a 5 star experience is the service. Our butlers Alejandro / Val went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Yet it was a complete experience from servers to pool attendants to bartenders to housekeeping / turndown service. This is the third visit for us. We will definitely be back.
