− Como es posible que hago la reserva para una cama doble y me den dos sencillas es lo de menos pero llegamos y duramos un buen tiempo esperando que nos atendieran y nos ignoraron hasta que me dio mal genio nos entregaron la habitación y me doy cuenta que no tenía ni aire ni un ventilador y recordemos que estamos en verano y las temperaturas no se bajan de 36 grados y baje para decirles que si tenían un ventilador y la respuesta del señor es soltar la risa y decirnos que para eso teníamos que dejar la puerta abierta Me parece una falta de respeto yo pagué por un buen servicio y la verdad no lo tuve me tocó buscar otra hotel Ese día había un evento y el señor estaba un poco tomado la verdad me parece que una publicidad engañosa
