9.0Location is perfect, the bus station just near the Guest House. Staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast is good for our next trip.

8.0The location was excellent. Whilst the room was small it was fine. The beds were comfy. We had the front room. The road noise was not a problem.
− The receptionist was cool and a little off hand. The room was very hot. A fan was provided and helped. There was an odour in the room which could have been the cleaning products used. The shower had mould which should be fixed. The disappointing thng was an email we received after we checked out and on the way to Heathrow. The email stated we left linen with blood stains on them. We did not see any stains. The email stated they would require payment of 80pounds if the stains could not be removed. Having operated a b&b blood stains can be removed. We replied that we required photos and pointed out the stains could be removed. As at writing no reply has been received. This email did sour what was a pleasant stay.
