10.0Such a big and spacious house with great facilities! Really nice location. The host was so kind, and even gave us a goodbye gift!

9.0Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Da fehlt nichts. Küche ist komplett mit vielen Geräten und Geschirr bestückt. Es ist sehr gemütlich, die Einrichtung wie üblich in Ferienhäusern etwas zusammengewürfelt. Schöne terasse mit Whirlpool und Hängematte und Blick auf das Meer. Sara ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin immer per Whats App erreichbar. Erkundigt sich immer mal wieder ob alles gut ist. Es liegt ruhig am Berg

10.0Sara did the check-in with my family as they arrived before me. They liked her and found her very friendly. She provided great explanations and suggestions on where to go in Funchal and Madeira. The family wants to return to this property with other members who couldn't make it this time. The property is better than what the photos show. It's comfortable with plenty of space and a garden where to chill and have dinner together.

10.0The house was very good for our family, two adults and three teenagers. Teens had their own space upstairs with own small bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was excellent with short walk to both, city-center of Funchal and to all the restaurants and beautiful views at the ocean.
A beautiful, very well equipped property with the most wonderful and accomodating host.
9.0Sara was incredibly accomodating meeting us within the hour after our flight was unexpectedly cancelled late in the evening.
− The only minor thing for us was the "pool" situation. The listing suggests it has an "outdoor pool". Having booked this with haste following an unexpected flight cancellation what I didn't realise at the time was that the pool was an inflatable pool that we would of need to inflate ourselves and not ideal for grown up children. That said as we were only there for 36 hours it did not spoil our stay and we made the most of the hot tub which is a welcome addition to the property.
