− Their communication between the staff, specifically the receptionist could improve without putting the guest in the middle to solve their inconveniences.

− El baño es muy pequeño. Si quieres una estancia sin niños (adult only) no es tu sitio. Hay muchas familias con niños.

− Based on the very high Booking score, we expected a much better stay. The place was very basic, and the cleanliness was not at the level we expected. Overall, it felt overrated compared with the reviews.

Please note the only way to reach the island is through a 20' minutes Satena flight or by Catamaran in two hours and a half, guests are advised to reserve their transportation in advance.
