Food quality is very low, the rooms are substandard, and guests' movements are monitored. The hotel feels more like a public café, and there is a complete lack of privacy in the room areas. Furthermore, the hotel does not provide the "all-inclusive" experience advertised on Booking.com—an experience that had already been paid for.
