− الموظفون سيئين وطول مدة الإقامة 7 ايام لم يتم تنظيف الغرف اظطريت أنظفها بنفسي ولا يوجود فاين ولا صابون في الحمامات اعزكم الله عدم المساعدة في حمل الشنط عند الوصول والمغادرة التعامل سيء جداً
الخدمة سيئة والفندق وصخ والحمامات تسرب ماي والمغسله في الغرفة تسرب ماي على الزولية والريحه مجاري

− المكان ليس نظيف ابدا والغرفة لها رائحة كريهه ماسكه في الفراش بمجرد اطفاء المروحة تنتشر ريحة المكان + افياش الكهرباء خربانه الثلاجة والغلاية والتلفزيون كلهم لايعملون

− اثاث متهالك جدا جدا انواع الاصوات والازعاج صرير الخشب لايطلق عليه اسم فندق عبارة عن كوخ خشبي مزعج روائح غريبه النظافه معدومة السعر مبالغ فيه جدا جدا لا انصح الاقامة فيه
