7.0La recepcionista Inna fue muy amable y servicial, siempre a disposición de lo que necesitemos y con alegria. Estuvo muy limpio y comodo. Tambien nos ofrecieron guia de los alrededores y nos cuidaron las valijas despues del check out. El servicio y el staff fueron muy buenos
− Las paredes parecen de papel... Se escucha todo lo que pase en los demas apartamentos. Discusiones, duchas, baños, de todo. La ultima noche a las 5 de la mañana gente huésped del hotel llego gritando y discutiendo. Quizás se pueda hacer mas hincapié sobre los horarios de silencio en el hotel

10.0The staff, Inna at the check, was super helpfull, friendly and serviceminded. An special thanks to her. The location is perfect. The place is very clean, which i personally always base my preference on.

7.0El sitio es bueno,cerca de todo. El personal que nos atendió muy amables. Tiene una pequeña nevera y agua para hacer alguna infusión. Se oye a todos cuando abren las puertas y el baño muy pequeño. Relación precio un poco caro.
Great place to stay in cereal Madrid
9.0This is a lovely place in central Madrid. It was clean and comfortable. As a solo traveller I felt safe and it had everything I needed for a short stay. Inna (on reception) needs a special mention- thoughtful, caring and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
