10.0Helpful and friendly staff. Really awesome place with great detail that makes you feel you enter into a different world since it used to be some type of church office with angles and saints. Nice roof top where you can see the sunset.

8.0Communication was consistent. They have a number you can WhatsApp. My first night there, the water was out for the whole island, but they turned on the emergency water so that I can shower. It’s at the entrance of the island, so you won’t have great lake view like the hotels on the west side of the island. Everything on the island is so easily walkable though that it’s not really unnecessary. Also, no hot water, but that’s also unnecessary. Water is cool enough for the hot weather.
