8.0Room and ensuite bathroom were fine. The rest of the hotel is very much a work in progress at the moment as under refurbishment. A pleasant surprise was the free continental breakfast buffet which we could help ourselves to at any time despite no breakfast being included at the time of booking. Friendly service and I wish the new owners well.

8.0Room nice but the hotel was having a major re-furbishment and will be great when it is finished. Staff all very friendly and someone to take my case to my room. There is no lift as it is a beautiful period property.

8.0Lovely location, very picturesque and close to attractions. Lots of food options close by. The room was basic, but fine for a short term stay. Bathroom needs some upgrading. The 24 hour breakfast station was a great idea.
