− 特にありませんが、上下階への移動ルートを確保してほしかった。 直近階への移動がエレベーターのみでは時間がかかりすぎませんか？
非常に快適で大変癒されました。
10.0非常に丁寧に対応していただき、どんな場面でもスタップの皆さんが暖かく対応してくれました。ホテル利用が多いのですが、細かな持て成しが沢山あるとやはり旅館は良いな改めて感じました。今回客室露天風呂付きだったのですが、家族全員何度も入れたのは本当に良かったです。
− 不満はないのですが、温泉で2点、浴場の露天風呂の温度が低くゆっくり浸かれなかった事、また川沿いの露天が混浴で気軽に入れなかった事が残念でした。

9.0The ryokan was located in the mountains, next to a river, which was beautiful and natural. The staff provided great service. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious. The free-flowing hot spring water was of excellent quality. The hot spring baths were located next to the river, creating a wonderful experience.

There is a free transfer from Minakami Station. Please inform Kinseikan at time of booking, providing flight details and estimated time of arrival, if you want to use the service.
Please note that baths are available at all times with the exception of their cleaning hours from 1000 - 1400.
Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
