3.0涼しく過ごしやすかった。
− 受付での対応が、初めての利用なのに全く説明がなく、宿泊棟の中の設備の場所の配置図や説明書もなく、使用後の食器や寝具の処理についての依頼事項などもなく、どのようにしたらよいかわからなかった。
また行かせていただきます。
9.0家族とはじめて行きました。 足が不自由だったので階段気になっていましたが 事前に連絡をしていたので、段の少なめの場所を選んでいただいたこととレンジを用意してくださり助かりました。 鹿とたぬきと遭遇 自然の中で過ごすことがないのでとてもリラックスして過ごすことができました。
− ・チェックイン前に近くのコンビニから氷を買ってから行きましたが、正方形の冷蔵庫のみで冷凍庫部分なし氷が入れられませんでした。暑がりなので、冷凍庫が無いのはとても困りました。 ・夜に戻ることが多く駐車時に真っ暗闇のなか駐車位置が分かりづらく何処に停めていいのか落ちたらどうしようっとなりました。明かりが欲しいと思いました。 露天風呂付きでしたが使い方が分からなかった。

7.0各建物事に、なってプライベートが 守れます。部屋自体は高い安く落ち着いて過ごせます。 半露天風呂も良かったです。
− ミニキッチンが付いている部屋でしたが… 調味料や、備品の…「有・無」を…事前にしっかり説明 出来るようなｼｽﾃﾑがあれば… 直接電話は、何回かしましたが…全く通じませんでした。

3.0大浴場が緑の中で涼やかな雰囲気があって良かったです！
− 全体的に清潔感ご無かったです。人手が足りてないのか、修繕費がないのか。カーテンが破けていたり、コテージ付きの露天風呂はコケだらけで気持ち悪かったです。

7.0− 思ったより狭かった。 食器棚の食器が上の方にあって、とても使い辛く、椅子を台にして取りました。 2階にはトイレもないので、高齢の両親と、小さな子供連れの私達には不向きなコテージでした。
野辺山ウルトラマラソンに出る際は、車で会場まで行くなら良いと思います。20分ほどで着きました。
6.0朝食のビュッフェと温泉。
− 車で止まる棟に行くまでがなかなか難しかった。
