Very nice hotel with horrible connectivity.

Everything but the wi-fi and cell service.

− The Wi-Fi was very underpowered and virtually unusable. To make matters worse, this hotel is apparently in a cell dead zone. Therefore, almost any outside communication was impossible. Even when I stepped outside into the Florida heat, the cell service was intermittent at best.

Adequate but room for improvement - lower the rate or improve the service

Hotel was well located for me. Staff were all friendly. I arrived a little earlier than planned and they gave me my room without hesitation. Room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was simple but good.

− Room was not cleaned. I later learned that they only clean every other day and there was a card saying so in my bundle of check in papers but check in staff failed to highlight this to me. I went out for work the first morning and returned that night to find the room untouched. Because it had not been serviced it meant that coffee, creamers etc were also not replenished. Not a major issue but tedious. The pricing for the stay seemed a little steep for what it was, although it may be the local market rate.
