− Owner called me during the tournament I attended in Bonn and demanded immediate check in at 17.00 even there is check in availabe till 23.30. He was rude and agressive. I paid for a room with air conditioning and got the room without one during 32°C heatwave with window close to the tarrace where people where smoking whole Saturday night and drinking beers.
