10.0This was a pleasant experience. The host and co-host was available to explian the enterybexits and details of the stay & more. The location was key! Very functional apartment with the amenities of home internet / cable / washer dryer/ full kitchen and nice bathroom. The use of splict AC unitsckeep.us nice and cool. Perfect spot

6.0Prior to my arrival I had much communication with the property owner.When I first arrived to the property it did indeed look like the picture the only problem was the dryer, the dryer did not work which made me very disappointed because the owner failed to mention that to me during conversation from the beginning. A family member of mines was showing me around and on my second night there we both decided it would be more convenient from him to stay over. About 3 days before my departure the owner contacted me via WhatsApp messages and then proceeded to advise me of a fee that I needed to pay due to my extra guest. Which in fact she again failed to mention any extra person fees from the beginning. This caused a huge disagreement and now she’s attempting to charge my card for something she failed to mention to me prior to my arrival. But besides that the neighborhood is quiet . I would not recommend staying at this particular property due to the owners money hungry behavior and lack of proper communication.
