3.0We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the facilities were beautiful and well maintained, and the Kids Club was outstanding. Our children loved spending time there, and the staff were warm, caring and professional. The overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing, and we really enjoyed our holiday.
− Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a very serious incident. Cash was stolen from the handbag, which had been left inside our hotel room. We are absolutely certain that the money was taken while the bag was in the room. We reported the incident to the hotel immediately after check-out, and Melissa kindly contacted us afterwards and assured us that the matter would be investigated. We appreciate her professionalism and support. However, it is extremely disappointing that such a theft could happen in a luxury resort. Guests should be able to feel completely safe leaving their personal belongings in their room.

− The beach can be a bit windy though that will not disturb your beach experience or swimming activity. The property doesn’t offer free shuttle to alacati center neither to major wineries or art galleries or does not offer free windsurf class which could be offered for guests staying longer than 3 days

9.0Идеальный дизайн отеля. Отличный большой бассейн (вообще их 4 шт, 2 - общих и 2 для приват номеров). Прекрасный завтрак. Все в номере нормально работает, никаких косяков к технике не прилипло. Совет - нет смысла в номерах сивью, там моря только на горизонте, нет смысла платить больше. Если не жаль денег, нужно брать номера с террасой в приват бассейны. Своя ПОДЗЕМНАЯ парковка, бесплатно (не ведись на валет услуги за 1000 лир!) Вообщем отель реально топ.
− Очень кривой хаускипинг - воду постоянно забывали приносить. При наличии чудесного завтрака, очень плохо с ресторанами за деньги. Первое - неверояно дорого (ролл калифорния около 40 евро и все такое). Втрое - еда откровенно слабая, если не сказать грубее. Я могу понять когда просят много денег, но за это ты должен получить ВАУ, и желание никуда не ходить более и просто платить и наслаждаться. Тут такого нет от слова совсем. Без машины отдыхающим сочувствую. Слабо работает персонал на приезде. Каменные лица, когда люди платят по 1000 долларов в день (за условно стандартный номер) немного напрягают.
