Nice apartment - Not a guesthouse

Rather than a guesthouse, this was a self-contained studio apartment. It was well-equipped. Great views and a small terrace and patio area. Housekeeping came once during the week. The owner met us off the ferry and took us to the apartment, we would never have found it otherwise. He did not come back to check if everything was ok, which would have been nice. Hydra is built on a hillside and to reach the apartment you had to climb many steps. It would not be suitable for anyone who is not fit and able. We managed it twice a day and we are in our 60s.

Lovely stay in a great location. Beautiful view from the front terrace and appreciated all of Petros insights about the island and the ferries Would stay here again anytime on hydra

Pleasant Stay

The apartment is comfortable and has an amazing view of the mountains and the town. For folks who have accessibility issues or are very tall: it is up a lot of stairs and has relatively low ceilings. Petros was super communicative and helpful (when our ferry to Hydra got cancelled, he got in touch to warn us and helped us find alternative travel plans). Overall, a good stay!

The apartment we rented was a nice remodel of an old house. It has a great balcony facing the town. Unit was spacious, clean and had lots amenities. The only thing I didn't like much was the small bathroom but everything else was good. The hosts are very friendly and help you with any questions regarding Hydra. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hydra.
