We really enjoyed our stay at City View Apartments...
8.0The room was awesome... large, spacious, and very comfortable. The separate rooms for kitchen, lounge, and bedroom, were really appreciated. Also loved the large balconies, and the location in Tuol Kork was perfect. All the staff were also very polite and helpful.
− The first room we were given had bed bugs in the bed. This really was the only disappointment. But thankfully, they had another room available, down one level. No bed bugs there. Also, just a small complaint, the gym and pool were too far away from our room, and there were no towels provided... we had to ask for more bath towels. Please include towels for the gym and pool.

Overall rating is good. But staff are so much following books and no flexible at all.
8.0You do not need anything except google translate to run with receptionist. Just drop the luggage and everything is there.
− But on the day of check out, we need one bottle of water and one small hotel pack sugar and they do not give at all due to day of checking out. How much does it cost to do this such in customer service? We have baby and packing to check out and could not go out to buy those things. We have urgent last moment needs .
