6.0The best thing about this hotel is the incredible beef satay place across the road opposite. There are much nicer places you can stay in Medan for half the price. This was supposed to be a little treat for us but we ended up leaving disappointed.
− Everything was just tired and a bit dirty, the gym equipment needs maintenance, the pool is essentially a smoking area where other guests take videos of you. The massage itself was very good, but dimmer lighting and a bit of music wouldn’t go amiss. The staff wouldn’t give us any towels for the pool, they said we had to use the ones from our room, and when we asked for extra we were told no. This is in the higher price bracket for Medan and it’s just not worth it.
