10.0Tout était parfait, une croisière a taille humaine, ( 10 cabines), un navire très bien entretenu, des repas variés et de belles découvertes gustatives ( huitres gratinées,...), Tom, animateur exceptionnel mais aussi une aide et une disponibilité hors norme pour apporter des réponses a des soucis de voyage. Tous les passagers se sont réunis autour du happy hours , du canoé, du karaoké, du vélo mais chacun a pu aussi profiter ,contempler ( seul au monde) ces magnifiques paysages car les espaces intimistes sont nombreux. L'équipage , enfin, présent sans s imposer et d une efficacité et d'une gentillesse...Merci. Pour finir, le réveil , le matin avec deux immenses baies vitrées sur la baie de Lan Ha..mémorable!

10.0This was our first visit to Vietnam and in fact our first ever experience of a cruise! What an experience it was, everything was just fantastic. Our room, the food, the facilities, the activities, the list goes on and on! A special thank you to Hai. He gave us so much information about the area and culture and was always at hand to advise what we would be doing next! Thank you so much to all on the Venezia, we had a ball!
