9.0No geral, tive uma ótima experiência nesta hospedagem. O quarto é muito confortável, a localização é excelente, a poucos minutos a pé do centro de Taormina e do funicular para Isola Bella, o que torna muito fácil conhecer a cidade sem precisar usar o carro. A Valentina foi extremamente simpática e prestativa durante toda a estadia, sempre disponível para ajudar. Também gostei muito dos amenities, da vista e dos pequenos mimos oferecidos no quarto, que fizeram a diferença.
− Meu único ponto de melhoria seria a comunicação antes da chegada. Como Taormina tem um trânsito bastante caótico e restrições para carros, teria sido muito útil saber antecipadamente que era possível chegar de carro até a porta da propriedade para desembarcar as malas e que há um serviço de transporte gratuito do parcheggio lumini até a hospedagem. Essas informações teriam tornado a chegada muito mais tranquila. Fora isso, foi uma excelente estadia e eu certamente recomendaria a hospedagem.
