10.0This has been my favorite stay in Ecuador. The place is within walking distance to the city centre and the rooms are very comfortable. However, the most outstanding thing was the personnel. They agreed to received an important letter for me and communicated openly with me in all aspects. I think they were amazing

7.0La ubicación excelente, cerca de la estación de metro y de comercios. El hotel no cuenta con ascensor y el desayuno es en el 4to piso. Desayuno rico pero siempre igual. La coordinación de los tours es en el mismo hotel, por lo que no hay que trasladarse.
− La zona se sentía insegura por la noche.
