2.0Nobody at property on arrival, place locked up in darkness and nobody answering the phone. left several voicemails but to date (5 days later) still no response. Worst holiday experience we have ever had; long distance travelled to find no accommodation. Not what you need after a long day and the stress of having to find an alternative place to stay in the middle of half term week and everywhere else is fully booked.

8.0Whilst it looked nice on first impressions, for a 5 star boutique hotel I certainly would have expected better No bar service as advertised . If we had have been told about this before we would probably have cancelled the booking. Great friendly hosts , just a shame that our expectations were not met.

A wonderful stay
10.0The hotel is right in the centre of Filey and could not be better located. We were able to park on the street for free. We had a warm welcome from the owner. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was great and was cooked and served by a friendly lady in a relaxing dining area. Highly recommended.

10.0This property was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and well-maintained. It offered great facilities and the attention to detail made it a real home from home with a touch of luxury. The staff were friendly and professional and provided excellent service. Breakfast was gorgeous. It is located in a central location with access to all the local amenities.
