The property was big and bright with amazing views of the sea

− Not much furniture in garden area ie garden loungers

£660 absolutely wasted.

− We were very disappointed with our stay. We booked this property specifically because it advertised an enclosed garden for our dog. Unfortunately, the garden was not secure due to a broken gate and lock, and our dog escaped onto the road. We spent over two hours searching for him before thankfully finding him safe. This was an incredibly distressing experience and could have been avoided if the gate had been properly maintained. Afterwards, we had to block the gate ourselves with a wheelie bin because we no longer felt it was safe. The bins were overflowing with rubbish and alcohol bottles. There were also several cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the property, including broken glass inside the kitchen cupboard where the glasses and cups were stored, broken chairs in the garden, beer cans, cigarette ends and litter left outside, and the outdoor table was covered in bird droppings and unusable. The most disappointing part has been the lack of response from the host after we reported these issues. We expected much better communication, especially given the seriousness of the safety concerns. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not return unless these issues were addressed.

We have booked the last couple of years. And enjoyed the location and facilities. Booked for 2027.

− Couple of small observations. Garden furniture was quoted weathered and a couple of chairs falling to bits and broken, last time we were there we have some cleaning pods for dishwasher and some condiments. This helped we have booked again though.

We had a lovely relaxing break in a beautiful apartment - spotlessly clean and very well maintained

Great location and views, plenty of space for a big family and lots of hot water. Information about the property was clear and the management was easy to contact. Free parking for multiple cars nearby.

− We felt the property was not cleaned to the standard we would have liked. One bedroom was not made up upon arrival, there was lots of dog hair everywhere and the kitchen wasn’t well stocked.
