6.0Kaida is a functional Residence the room has a cooker and microwave but no cutlery or dishes. It is about 20 mins drive from the centre of Chiang Mai.

10.0The property is beautiful, our room was comfortable & clean & new which is a bonus. Wasn’t briefed on housekeeping (room wasn’t cleaned/beds not made up/bins weren’t emptied during entire stay) on arrival but luckily we were only there for a few days. Small oversight, overall happy with our stay & defintely recommend.
A new hotel
8.0The staff was friendly with good command of English. The room was spacious, with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The washroom was equipped with good quality sanitary ware, but the craftsmanship was poor, resulting in loosely fitted shelves and falling of shower head, which was quite dangerous. Besides, the toilet seat was also loosely fitted. I think the management has to check the facilities and arrange repair constantly. As for the location, there are several cafes and local restaurants just opposite the hotel. Dining is not a problem.
Small hotel near the tourist attractions
6.0The hotel is located near some the local tourists attractions such as the night safaris, floral park etc. However without a car would be very inconvenient. The hotel has the bare essentials as with just a small pool so don't expect anything else such as a gym. The hotel does provide a simple breakfast but there will not be any room service or restaurants available. Just a simple hotel room
