6.0Great location - the communal balcony overlooking a busy street intersection in the old centre (Adum) with peoplewatching and traffic concerto a delight. Very helpful duty manager Nicholas arranged early breakfast and sourced beer. A bit haphazard.

2.0Upon arrival, we were informed that our booking could not be accommodated due to a lack of bed sheets. Despite efforts to cover the exposed bed, the situation only worsened, revealing a mattress and pillows that were filthy and heavily stained. Ultimately, they were unable to provide accommodation, which was likely for the best given the unhygienic conditions. We were then left stranded in an unsafe area with all our luggage, trying to find alternative accommodation at 1 AM.
