Run down and shabby.
2.0The most run down overpriced place we have ever been to. If you think stained furniture, broken electrical, old equipment has not been looked after, walls that need painting and terrible housekeeping is acceptable,then choose this place. There are so many other places that cost less and are far more pleasant. Even the fact that it is close to trams does not make up for this. It is barely 2 stars in our opinion. If you are looking for an apartment hotel, look elsewhere.
