Room: 3516 Date: 25.07 - 31.07.2026 We were very pleased with our stay at Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang. The level of service was excellent, and the staff always did their best to accommodate our requests without any complaints. Everyone, from the reception staff and restaurant team to the baggage handlers, housekeeping and the beach staff, was friendly, professional, and helpful. They even provided us with an extra fan to improve the ventilation in the bedroom, as the morning sun made the large glass-front area quite warm. When we reported that the refrigerator was defective, they replaced it promptly. Due to our flight being rescheduled, they also allowed us to check out one hour later than the standard 12:00 p.m. checkout time, which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you very much to all the staff at Vinpearl! Pros: - Friendly, service-minded staff - Clean and bright rooms - Daily housekeeping - Excellent location next to the beach - Beach towels provided - Bright, clean hotel Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is very crowded in the morning, making it difficult to enjoy breakfast in peace and quiet. But its the most likely common experience in all buffet restaurants.

Tout sauf que l'hotel est une usine de touriste, trop de monde partout

− Trop de monde en juillet. Le temps d'attente de l'ascenseur est trop long.

Lưu trú cùng gia đình 2 phòng, 3 đêm. Ngày đầu tiên không được dọn phòng, fill nước uống dù có đặt yêu cầu dọn phòng sáng hôm ấy.

− Vị trí trung tâm nhưng gặp festival nên khổ sở vì âm thanh ồn ào và ánh sáng . Buffet đơn điệu cùng 1 thực đơn cho 3 ngày.

Luxurious wait times

For a luxury hotel this was a let down. The stay and overall experience was in the middle. However it didn’t scream 5 stars for me or my family. The most dissapointing was breakfast and the lifts. I think it’s actually quite cool to have face recognition to check guests in for breakfast. But other than that the coordination in the breakfast hall was a bit lacking. Two out of three times did we not find cutlery on the table or available anywhere. It took a while to find someone who could help us with that, nevertheless the staff were still nice with it. The lifts could be better. They are modern and aesthetical, however it is safe to say that the algorithm could be better to give guests and staff a smoother ride. It’s becausr of this algorithm did it take a lift an average of 3-7 minutes to actually appear (without being full). So that’s definantly a quality of life improvement thats just waiting to be fixed. Additionally the hotel should see to have some more restrictions or harsher guidelines when it comes to partying. Constantly you could hear loud music and partying happening on the floors above. This made a peaceful sleep quite hard in the beginning. However the hotel still has some good aspects, but I just think theres still a lot more to improve on. Nevertheless I’d still give this spot a 3.5/5.
