Comfortable house in a good location just up the hill
9.0Sarge was an excellent host, meeting us in the middle of the night in order to accomodate us after we had to leave a different B&B that had a safety issue. This was a clean, safe, and comfortable place for us and we were so grateful to have it in a pinch.

− Bedroom smelled a bit strange
Not recommended due to no air circulation and host's aggressive and rude personality.
2.0Great location, easy to find, rental was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
− Very hot in the room, no AC. No washcloths provided. When I requested some, the host became argumentative, defensive and rude. Ch-in details were sent day of travel; too late. Would like to share more.
Psychotic Host average room
4.0Room and house were fine.
− Staff was very hostile and screamed "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!?" at me for being slow to respond "okay" to some of his instructions. He also screamed at my husband "WHAT DO YOU NOT TALK" while miming a duck. When I tried to get my luggage from the car to get a second away from the guy he yelled again "I AM SORRY BUT YOU ARE BEING SO WEIRD. AM I WRONG?!!!" I told him many times that I was exhausted and just needed a minute and wasnt expecting someone to immediately be at the door of the rental yelling for us to get in and to walk us through the house. He didnt even give a single useful instruction. It was "this is the room" "this is the kitchen" like that is 100% obvious sir and this is all in the instructions that we have already read. He was genuinely acting psychotic and said many other aggressive things like "IF I WANTED TO MURDER YOU I WOULD HAVE ALREADY!!!" While trying to tell me where exactly to stand like i had 0 thoughts of being murdered till that moment. I am also autistic and struggle in social situations. I told him this and he finally left at least me alone. He had an insane attitude for a host and showed 0 patience as we asked multiple times for just a minute as we had traveled overnight and got zero sleep. Like we shouldn't have to defend ourselves for just being a bit quiet!

10.0Perfect place to have a perfect vacation. Sarge was very friendly and keeping the place quite clean and welcoming. The kitten in the neighborhood was my favorite part. A cute friend that says hi to you joint your arrival.
