5.0Las instalaciones son muy buenas y la relación precio/calidad también; pero la atención es muy mala. Cuando llegamos la habitación no tenía ventilador y nos dijeron que ya lo sabían, pasaron 6 horas y tuve que pedirlo varias veces y bajar por el; así mismo fue con cada cosa que necesitamos, servicio de limpieza, toallas (nos dieron solo 1, cuando éramos 2), cambio de sábanas, en todo hubo negligencia y poca amabilidad por parte de las recepcionistas...

6.0Está cerca de la calle principal, el centro comercial Victoria que hay mucho ambiente, la calle el encuentro que es bonita y en toda la calle hay mucha gente, comercios, venta ambulante, etc
− Las sábanas estaban sucias al llegar y durante toda la estancia. Incluye desayuno que por el precio está bien pero le pedimos leche y nos dijeron que no tenían, cosa que el día anterior la otra chica nos había dicho que si. Entiendo que si incluyen desayuno en el precio se debería ofrecer leche siempre, es un mínimo.
