10.0Spotlessly clean everywhere. Room very comfortable with all you could need. Gardens amazing with plenty of seating dotted around. Staff very friendly with lots of advice about things to do. Service very prompt. Definitely recommend

8.0Room was clean and very comfortable, everything that was needed was available, hospitality tray could have been stocked with more tea bags and sugar, staff was very friendly and helpful we enjoyed our 2 night stay and would recommend and book again ourselves
