Horrible service ruins weekend getaway

− Well, they didn't let us know the pool was broke down before we got there. So the motel was only booked, so my grandkids could swim, and they didn't get to and the staff they had last night was rude and disrespectful and very not nice to my grandkids. When they were upset that they didn't get to swim. Totally a bummer, they really need better staff.
