Unpleasant Check-In Experience and Overcharging Issue
4.0Sharing my very unpleasant experience during our recent stay at Wahaj Boulevard Hotel. Upon check-in, the receptionists, IBRAHIM and SALAH, neither smiled nor greeted us, and they attempted to charge us double for the private night swimming pool. Additionally, we were kept waiting for around 10-15 minutes. However, I would like to commend the F&B team for their exceptional service. They were very nice and supportive throughout our stay.

4.0I booked room for 2 adults 2 child And requested a baby cot. Upon arrival I was told 2 children are not included in breakfast but are staying in the room. I was charged for cot bed 2 days when I only used it for 1 night. After arguing and spending 30 min waiting around was told 1 night. Hotel needed a deposit, which I came across 1st time. Hotel policies makes you look like a thief? Or is just me the way I got treated.

6.0the location area is not so nice and far from the city center the staff not so helpful the rooms are big and clean but quite poor and quite expensive the lobby bar is also very poor and from this area is difficult to find a taxi
