Everything is very good. Especially king bed , bath tub and bf of Japanese taste.

− I misunderstood checkout time 10am Bcz I read card case “10am”. So I had to give up meeting my girlfriend because of this.if I notice that’s 11am, I could. When I asked at reception, the reception staff were aware of the issue. It would have been easy to correct, so why didn't they? The hotel itself was wonderful, but I was extremely disappointed.

Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a clean room, good breakfast, and great value!

The breakfast offers excellent value for money, and the room is clean, comfortable, and inviting.

− When I first entered the bathroom, there was an unpleasant smell, but it disappeared after I cleaned part of the wall.

They offer good breakfast buffet. Free shuttle from and to the airport. Connected to the Mall. For transient it is perfect. They can store your luggage after check out. The staff are really nice, friendly, polite and happy which make someone at home except for some. For Familie, the room is a bit small especially the bathroom but it's budget, and it's OK for us (just 1 night). Washing machine, I hope they could add even just a foldable table attached to the wall given the rooms size just where one could fold or place the laundry.

− The personnel are nice but as someone who works in the hospitality industry, it is just standard not to say " I don't know", when a certain question arised and we don't seem to know the answer, we "double-check with our colleagues/superior/person in charge...etc" to give the guest the best info and service the guest needs and not just plainly answer "I don't know". When I mentioned about something, one of them answer "because YOU didn't ask". The hotel has the info all the guests should know and need and should let us know how it works from the very start. That young lady knows that I've approached the FO several times mentioning about how "stressful" it is about the washing time. She could have asked me, what I found stressful about the washing time and could have explained me the missing important infos i need. I even told the other housekeeping the same but it looks like, it is as it is. As a guest, I respect whatever default settings the hotel has over their machines not to break it. If i see no instructions around the room, i would understand it that the machine is in its default setting programmed by the hotel itself. They should have informed me how it works and not just focus on the deposit and extra payment for additional hours incurred. 5 hours of washing! Going up and down every after 10 Minutes just to dry them and with kids in the room. What a wasted time, I went down to the FO at 5am and finished at 10am. I don't care about the price but I value my time more.
