10.0I would happily stay at this place again. I found it clean, safe, and peaceful even though it's in the middle of the city. Across the street was a great coffee shop and bookstore. Walking to the local art museum only took a few minutes and getting into the heart of downtown Omaha required a relatively swift 20 minutes. Much appreciated the patient and friendly staff.
