4.0The staff were very unprofessional for both shifts. Dress was not appropriate for the position. I requested for clean towels and my room to be straightened while we were away in meetings and the staff said okay. I came back that evening after 5 and nothing had been done. When I checked out the next morning (two-night stay) and asked why my room wasn't cleaned and toiletries replaced, she stated they only did that for four or more nights. There was only one wash cloth and two towels, and I was expected to use those for my stay. I will look at another facility next time I am in the area for work. We will be in the area for work several times over the next year.
− Front desks help really needs to be trained. I do not like being called "hun" and I walked out with a co-worker and one of the front desk ladies stated she "needed a drink and it's only 4 o'clock." I just looked at her and kept walking.
