1.0Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Listing I had a very disappointing experience with this property. The room description mentioned several amenities like a fireplace and a washing machine, but none of these were available. In reality, the room was extremely basic and lacked even the minimum comfort one would expect for the price charged. It is not worth even 50% of the amount I paid. The listing is clearly misleading, and I feel cheated. I strongly urge future guests to double-check before booking, and I request Booking.com to review such deceptive listings to protect customer trust.

− There is really nothing to like about this wonderful facility with very accommodative, caring friendly staff taking care of our stay and even giving good luck departing sweet. Hotel management can be proud of all their wonderful staff.
