6.0Pros: The location was ideal, near the Plaza las Delicias and many restaurants. Convenient free parking on the street. The apartment was spacious and provided the basics needed for 4 adult travelers. The price was reasonable. Cons: Water temperature swung wildly between scalding hot and unheated which made showering uncomfortable. The floors were dirty and crud was visible in the corners and baseboards. It did not have the niceties that make travelers comfortable, such as bedside lights or hangers in the closet.
