8.0The door to the bathromm had damage, the plugs on the walls only 2 work3d and therer was some water damage to tge ceiling. Besides that it was a quiet neighborhood with minutes to the mall and centro mayaguez

2.0The room looked in the pictures was clean and trendy but the reality of room was the worst experience of my life. I have seen three cockroaches bigger than my thumb size and a spider on the bed. The floor was dirty with other's hair and dust. I did not feel safe staying this room from the Covid virus because of the poor hygiene. We booked 3 nights but only stayed one night (it was too late at night so we had no option) and moved out because of these issues. BUT THE PROPERTY OWNER REFUSED TO RESPOND OUR CALL AND REFUND!!! I want to tell to the property owner that there is more important thing than money when you run the business like this.
